Customer Reviews
There’s a reason their name is Five Star! The damage to my car was extensive, which means it wasn’t a quick fix, but the staff at Five Star were diligent in keeping me up to date on the progress of repairs. Professional, efficient, and caring are just a few of the characteristics I would use to describe this team. Thank you, Five Star, for delivering quality repairs to my car. The feeling of confidence I have in you is well deserved.
The service man was courteous and the service I requested was completed however, there are 3 items on my bill that said I request it. I did not. I only wanted the oil change package. Had I not requested my SUV after an over long stay, I would have had a lot of repairs I did not request or had the funds available to pay for. I like my repairs done at the dealership. It gives me a sense of security my repairs would be done correctly. However, now, I am concerned about future services.
The engine light came on in my elderly father’s car. Another so called “service” place had quoted him $10 ,000 to fix his car! They said he needed a new motor He had already given them a $5,000 deposit when I found out about it! Well NO!!! I took it to Five Star and they ran the diagnostics and the total was only $650! BIG difference! Alicia was fantastic to work with! She communicated with me throughout the repair process! They even rotated the tires for him! They explained why the light came on and how to maintain the car going forward to prevent this problem from occurring again! I highly recommend Five Star Ford!! (P.S. I got my Dad’s $5,000 back from the other company!)
