Five Star Nissan Service Department

I arrived on time for my 2023 Nissan Sentra's scheduled oil change. Porsche(Service Advisor) greeted me by name as always upon arrival. I got my oil changed, a recommended service, and a battery replacement for my key fob. While sitting in waiting area, I received a video from the Service Technician on actions that were taken during my services, estimates for recommended services, and info on available payments options. Porsche also advised me of the recommended services and allowed me time to decide what steps I wanted to take. I did opt to have one of the services in addition to my regular oil change. The service team had me out in a decent timeframe. Thank you Porsche and all associates at Five Star Nissan that help me keep the maintenance up on my vehicle.

Everything is great! Like every customer, I will tell you if it's not. I really super duper HATE DOING THESE REVIEWS. I wish you would stop sending them to me. Upper management, you need to do a survey on who wants to do a survey. Or maybe send them to yourself. Thanks, I love my Kicks.

Justin is amazing. He always goes above and beyond. He keeps me informed about my vehicles needs and explains everything in detail. Always a pleasant experience when I visit Fivestar.

Really good service experience! Took a bit longer than expected for my service however the service reps were all very nice, especially Justen. He was incredibly kind and helpful throughout the process. 10/10 customer service from him.

I was impressed that I recieved a recall notice within 2 weeks of purchasing the vehicle! Then more impressed while waiting in the showroom area to get my car back, I recieved a video from the Service Tech showing the inspection and hearing his audio explanation of the inspection for delaminarion possibly of the windshield!
