5 star towing is the best! Brandon towed my truck. He was patient and understanding. He’s a real professional, wenched me out of snow and got me rolling fast!
Brandon saved my night. After trying to get a hold of someone for roadside assistance for about 4 hours, when I called Five Star Towing Brandon got to me within 20 minutes. Not only did he pull my car out of the deep snow, but he also coached me through how to better drive in these conditions. I will be recommending Five Star Towing to everyone
Let me just say this guy named Brandon was super helpful! I’ve never been stranded in the snow and my anxiety was thru the roof!! He reassured me it would all be fine, and I felt better. Never underestimate the weather!!!!!!!!!!!
Horrible experience. I broke down on Donner Pass and waited 5 hours for help after being told 90 minutes - 2 hr wait. I was also told to “stop calling”. All I wanted was an update on wait time. The lady that was answering between 9pm-2am early October should be coached on customer service for sure. S/o the tow driver though. He was super helpful.
Brandon was extremely exceptional and one of the hardest working guys I’ve witnessed in a long time, all hustle! Very hospitable and kind highly recommend!!!
