Got a flat in the middle of nowhere near the 146 turnoff on the 80 heading back to Reno, and at midnight, no less. Ridgeline Towing came through and got me out of there and home safely. He showed up crazy fast, outstanding service! Hands down the best towing company around. Really appreciate it, man! It’s good to know there’s top-notch service near such a sketchy stretch of highway.
Knight in the neon green vest. This gentleman got my tow call and absolutely went above and beyond with customer service tonight. Towed me from California to Reno, the shop I picked off Google wasn't in a very good area, he says I don't think we should leave it here let's find a better safer shop, he helped me find a shop in Sparks and delivered me to the hotel down the street. His tow truck was clean and smelled nice, not the typical tow experience. I will definitely be recommending Ridgeline and using them again. Thank you for all your help and doing more than necessary.
Ridgeline Towing is the ABSOLUTE BEST towing company in this area. Don't bother calling anyone else (believe me, I tried!). If I am ever in need of towing/battery services again, I will definitely call Ridgeline first. Absolute 5++ star service and Sam was such a gentleman on the phone. I ended up finding another solution to my dead battery and even though he was already on his way (bless him, he jumped right in his vehicle to help), he refunded me the cost in full. I even offered $50 for his time and he said no. This local business deserves ALL of your support and you will be in great hands for doing so. Integrity matters. Customer service matters. Outstanding service. As an AAA member I tried to get the AAA contracting company Araco to tow my vehicle which had broken down off I-80 near Gold Run CA, They refused to tow my vehicle. I called Ridgeling Towing, fantastic service, communicated the ETA clearly was there at the stated time. Reasonable pricing. Got me to my destination in a very well kept truck. Ridgeline Towing is top notch. Real customer service, couldn't ask for more
