OMG! Dana was a godsend! Every other shop I called gave me a 2 month ETA for completion of repairs. He was done in 3 weeks and my car looked better than it did before the accident. His customer service was awesome! He is the first mechanic to call me with updates before I called him and he answered all of questions with very knowledgeable, easy to understand answers. Dana took care of us. I mean, he really did because of his background he was able to take a problem that suddenly came up to out of towners and fix it a day later for a reasonable price with awesome friendly attitude or offering to drop us off and pick us up and it looks 99% the way It would have New. We are good to go. I’m usually a very busy guy. I don’t even know how to get through my password to get back onto Google and I have a done it in ages but for the shop I’m sitting here making a point to.
