I appreciate and trust this mechanic and all he does! Rich stands by his work and understands how stressful cars can be financially and emotionally. He takes the time to talk you through issues and explain the inner workings of the car. I've been having ongoing issues with my car and he took no offense to me having taken it to a couple other shops for opinions. I ended up right back at 5 star and he's taken the time to fix it and spend a lot of his personal time on my car and on the phone with me. After speaking with many mechanics over the last couple months his professionalism and attention to customers individual situations is unmatched. There isn't anyone else I'm as confident in giving my money to as him. I would recommend him to anyone.
