We had a great experience with Fix Auto on auto center Dr. from the beginning to the end, they worked seamlessly with our insurance and kept us informed. The work was done quickly and it turned out great. Special shoutout to Sophia at the front, she was super helpful and informative.

I would definitely take my car back to fix auto. They fixed my back rear bumper. They took all the scratches away in the dent. The color is beautiful matched. Their professionalism was amazing. Their communication with me was on point everything they told me they were gonna do they did and I will continue to return if I have to. I hope I don’t.

This was my 2nd experience with Fix Auto in about 3 years, with the same car. The team there is solid, they listen to your concerns, are through when evaluating your vehicle situation and are all pleasant to deal with. My experience was enhanced by having good insurance and everything went as planned and I was informed of the progress every step of the way. Both times I’ve been here it was due to someone else hitting my car! Each time it came back as good as new. Seriously….. if you have an insurance Situation and want the repairs done right the 1st time. Take it to FixAuto, Sophia will get the paperwork in order and Zack and the other estimators will evaluate and stay in contact frequently. Thanks to the folks in the shop that did the work….
