I am writing to formally document my dissatisfaction with the service provided by FIX AUTO regarding the repairs to my Mercedes GL450. Throughout the process, I encountered several issues that demonstrated a lack of professionalism and transparency. Most notably, the shop installed a non-folding mirror on my vehicle despite it being equipped with power-folding mirrors. When I questioned this, they claimed the part was no longer manufactured by Mercedes-Benz or any aftermarket supplier. However, I was able to locate the correct folding mirror online in a matter of seconds. It was only after I contacted my insurance company and insisted on a correction that the shop agreed to install the proper part. The shop is extremely clean and well organized. The staff were all friendly, courteous and professional. The finished repair was great, just like new. I got back my car a day earlier than promised.

I recently had a fender bender and needed a quality shop to repair my car. After some research on many shops and reading reviews, I decided to come here. I'm so glad I did. The custmer service was great right from the start of the initial phone call. The great experience continued when I arrived at the shop with my car. It's by far the cleanest shop I've ever seen, which tells me how much the team takes pride in what they do. Everything was explained with great detail and the timeliness of the repairs was amazing. I have a collectors edition Corvette. They fixed it perfectly and had top notch customer service. Speedy, friendly, and easy to work with. Need I say more? 11/10 would recommend! Background info: T boned by an elderly person. I was able to have my vehicle taken in quickly and throughout the process, Erika, Hugo, Daisy, and Carlos were wonderful to me. Everything was transparent and all questions were answered so effectively that I never had a single concern. I'll be taking my other vehicles here as well if anything occurs, top notch staff and company!
