Fix Auto Highlands Ranch

Beware! They have a lot of great reviews, which is why I decided to move forward. Unfortunately, I didn’t read the lowest reviews—and now I regret it badly. If you decide to use Fix Auto, be prepared to be without your car for at least 8 weeks and to deal with serious communication problems. Please take time to read their lowest reviews—I’m clearly not the only one who has gone through this horrible experience. Seems like people have been complaining for years about poor communication and weak management, but the owner keeps replying with almost the same response every time. Despite all the feedback, nothing really seems to change, and their management style hasn’t improved especially when it comes to timelines and communication!

Very pleased with the work by Fix Auto Highlands Ranch. The work is very thorough both on the truck and with the insurance company. The truck was delivered back to me with complete satisfaction as well as nice and clean. Working with Fix has been a very successful solution to repair my truck.

Fix Auto was a pleasure to work with from our first interaction. Great communication, worked with our insurance company and did a beautiful job repairing the damage to our car. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable, honest place to take your car for body work.

Unfortunately hit a deer in my 24 silverado and decided to bring it here. From day 1 to completion I was impressed with the service/communication and overall end result. My truck came back better than new and fully detailed. They made this stressful process so easy and worry free. Big thank you to Ryder and Joey.

The front desk representatives and mechanics here are fantastic. They go out of their way to assist you and do everything in their power to give you a good experience. Awesome work on my truck after an accident. Could not recommend them enough.
