⚠️ PERSONAL EXPERIENCE – IMPORTANT WARNING ABOUT THIS BODY SHOP ⚠️ I am sharing my recent experience with this body shop so others can make informed decisions. My vehicle remained at the shop from September 11, 2025, to November 20, 2025, far longer than the timeframes I was originally given. Throughout this period, I received several promised completion dates that were not met. When I visited the shop in person to check on my vehicle, I found it covered in dust from sanding, including the interior. Based on my observations, the interior appeared to have new damage, such as ripped leather and overspray, which was extremely concerning. I had a great experience at Fix Auto Willow Glen. Service was not only perfect but timely efficient, I got the quote quickly and into the shop same day thanks to Mario. Work was done efficiently detail to detail and I'm very happy with the outcome and pictures will speak for themselves. Mario takes great care of you throughout the process with your insurance and they promptly reply to all your concerns. The final outcome it looked better than before brand new. Mario is very knowledgeable in this field especially Teslas and I highly recommend Fix Auto Willow Glen.

Fix Auto was personable, laughed at my horrible jokes, and did an amazing job with my car. They communicated every step of the way, even when parts of the repair took a little extra time. They made me feel like my car and the quality of their work mattered to them. I have used a lot of body shops over the years and Fix really stood out with their customer service. Thank you for making my car look brand new beautiful again.

I strongly advise against using this auto body shop. My experience was filled with dishonesty, lack of accountability, and poor workmanship. I was told that my vehicle’s alignment had been completed at a local tire shop. When I contacted the shop directly, I was informed by the manger that my vehicle was never taken there and no alignment was performed. I had to take it to the dealership myself and get it done properly that was 25 miles and had to miss my office work. The trailer hitch that was damaged in the collision was neither replaced nor reimbursed. I was also told it was not available, yet when I called directly, I confirmed it was in fact available. What can I say? Fix auto took my damaged Yukon on and had it done and immaculate in less then 4 days! Mario and David were amazing with the communication and I had step by step notifications on my car at all times. I recommend them 100 percent!
