Quick Quack Car Wash

The machines completely tore a piece from my vehicle off. I noticed when I arrived home and called the customer service line. I was told to return to the site and a store lead would be able to assist. To my surprise there is no store lead here....one of the girls at the register helped me file an incident report which was promptly denied 🤔 i just want to say I am extremely disappointed. I have been a member here for 2+ years and expected some accountability but was met with none. I called customer service today again and was told the store lead is who denied the claim...weird, because there is no store lead. Needless to say I will be canceling my membership..not worth the 1k+ damage

Tonight we stopped by to wash my car and Makayla approached me with a quick quack freshener and had a great customer service

During my recent visit, the automatic car wash machine suddenly stopped in the middle of the cycle. As a result, the car behind mine was pushed forward by the conveyor and hit the rear of my vehicle, damaging my trunk. All vehicles were in neutral as instructed, so drivers had no control over their cars inside the tunnel. This clearly shows that the incident was caused by a malfunction of the car wash equipment, not by driver error. I reported the issue to the manager immediately, but my claim was dismissed, which is unacceptable considering the malfunction occurred within their automated system.
