Fix Auto Palmdale

I recently had my vehicle repaired at fix auto Palmdale. Great experience from start to finish. The staff made the process flawless, great communication, explain all procedures in terms I understood and I got my vehicle 2 day's before my initial completion day. Would recommend using this shop for any repairs you need on your vehicle.

It's really 4.5 rating, leaning to 5 stars. I found a deep scratch inside of the rear door jam. I'm sure they'll fix it, but, it's Saturday right now. People working here are courteous and more than willing to help satisfy the customer. I recommend!

I had a good experience with Fix Auto. I got my car back today and so far everything is good. Update: 9/28 my car won’t start. The push button on my Prius is orange which means issues with the actual Prius battery which I never had before. The gas meter is reading incorrect miles which wasn’t happening before. Prior to taking it in I didn’t have any issues with either battery for the car. Called them last night and left a voicemail. I will edit review once this issue is resolved. I never got a call back regarding this issue. I will give them 3 stars. They did a great job with the body work and I did receive good customer service from the nice lady and the man who worked in the estimate.

Most impressive part of their service was the creativity in coming up with stories about why their warranty doesn't apply after all panels they installed start popping back out. They don't stand behind their work, do yourself a favor and go somewhere more reputable.

You don’t have to take it to tesla in Burbank to get your EV fixed. You can do it here locally and they will do it even better than Tesla. Communication has been great from start to finish. Great customer service and I am really happy with their service.
