Fix Auto Provo

Had a wonderful experience with Fix Auto in 2025. Car (1998 Golf) was hit on rear quarter panel, and Fix Auto was able to do the metalwork/body filler (very little filler, so big kudos to them!) so the damage is not even noticeable. Incredible work considering the small curves/edges on the quarter panel. Paint was matched and blended across neighboring panels, and looks incredible. HIGHLY recommend Fix Auto to anybody needing quality body work done. My accident happened summer 2025 but I’ve appreciated their work so much I finally sat down to write this review in Jan ‘26! My son was in an accident that caused damage to the front left side of his Toyota Camry. We brought it to Fix Auto Provo for repairs. On the surface, the body work looked fine. However, multiple dashboard warning lights remained on after the repair, including the check charging system, check engine, and brake warning lights. We returned the car 4-5 times over the following weeks. Each visit, they'd try a minor fix like replacing a wire or two, then tell us to drive it at least 500 miles to see if the lights cleared. It was auto repair by trial and error. After multiple failed attempts, they eventually told us they didn't know what was wrong and stopped returning our calls and texts. Very impressed with Fix Auto here in Provo. Brought my 06 Tundra in after getting in a wreck. They worked fast, kept me updated, and my truck came back looker better than ever. Would highly recommend taking your car here!

From the day I called and spoke with Lance about what had happened and what I needed to the day I picked up the car, I felt heard and cared for. Not just for repair, but also for protection. Jerry and Julie did both of my Tesla Model Ys in matte finish PPF and we couldn't be happier! They also took care of window tinting and ceramic coating in and out. We love Jerry and Julie and will always refer anyone looking for protection or a new wrap to them. Best in the business and super friendly and helpful.
