BEST mechanics in Utah!!! They fix my cars and always tell me what is wrong with them without finding "problems" that don't exist. They are very fair in their prices and very honest.

I had a really disappointing experience with this shop. I paid $250 just for them to hand me a piece of paper telling me what was wrong with my car — no actual repairs, no helpful explanation. When I called to get more details about the issue, the owner was extremely rude and unprofessional. I expected better customer service, especially after spending that much money. I definitely would not recommend this place to anyone. For sure never going back

Wife needed an oil change so I searched the nearest one and came here. Luis was extremely friendly and welcoming. Got our car in asap. He brought over the air filter and showed us it and asked if we wanted to replace it or not worry about it. Really really good experience. Will be coming back! Better experience than I have had at shops previously!

I met Luis (one of the mechanics here) when my car was having trouble starting in a parking lot. He took the time to help me start my car so I could get home. After my experience with Luis I brought my car into the shop, and they left a great impression. Honest prices, fast repairs, and a superb staff. I'd recommend them to anyone.

Luis down at Paylower Auto is awesome! He's worked on I think 3 of my vehicles and I have been extremely satisfied with his work each time. They are super friendly, honest, and knowledgeable. Don't hesitate to bring your vehicles to him because he will youbget you taken care of. He also won't replace a bunch of parts that don't need to be. He's very straightforward about what needs fixed and very reasonable prices.
