This shop fixed my car after being rear ended, as they are tied into my insurance company. I was very happy with the work and level of service they provided. The repairs on the car look brand new, so they did a great job there. They also hit the initial timeline they gave for repairs during the estimate, so there was no additional waiting to get my car back. They proactively reached out throughout the process to provide updates and were very helpful in answering questions. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

The quality of the repair appears to be good, and I’m satisfied with the actual work performed on the vehicle. However, the customer service experience was disappointing. After the initial call to approve the repair estimate, I received no further communication from the representative handling my case. I had to follow up consistently for nearly three weeks to get updates, right up until the day of delivery. Clear and proactive communication would have made a significant difference. I do want to acknowledge the front office staff member who answers the phone. She consistently picked up promptly—often on the first ring—and did her best to transfer me to the technician when he was available. It was my first time when I used Fix Auto Services after a car accident. It was recommended to me by my insurance company.They told me that repairs will take up to three weeks but they finished all the work such as full replacement of the passenger’s door and fixing back panel in one week and a half!
