Fix It Forward Auto Care - South University Drive Fargo

Excellent job identifying and fixing my problem. My 2010 Mercedes would not start. Thought it was the starter, turned out to be an electrical issue. I was pleased that they identified the issue and were able to repair it. They also found an oil leak underneath, which I had no idea about. They were able to fix that too. They were able to show me pictures of everything and explain everything that was needed to be fixed in a clear manner. I usually wait 3 weeks or so before publishing a review, to make certain the work was good, and thankfully the car is still running fine. Overall I would recommend and will definitely return in future.

My vehicle was making a very strange noise and I wanted to get it taken care of asap. unfortunately my original shop was full so I got sent to south university and they took my car in right away and had it looked at and fixed in no time. They even gave me a courtesy ride free of charge so I could go to school and picked me up to head back to the shop! Was only charged 60$ as it was something very minor wishing was affordable for me as I’m a college student! They are way better than dealerships I’ve ever been too their prices are fair. Their customer service is top-tier and I will keep going to fix it forward for any of my vehicles so grateful for fix it forward for helping me with my vehicle!

I moved to Fargo about three years ago and anyone that’s lived somewhere for most their life and then moves, you know how hard it is to replace all your “people” like mechanics, doctors, etc. I can honestly say that I’ve found my new mechanic. The guys at S University Fix it Forward are absolutely wonderful. They are so kind and helpful. They did my back brakes, put in a new battery and put a battery in my key fob for $100’s less than I was quoted for just my brakes somewhere else. And they paid for an uber to take me home after I dropped off my car. These are good God loving people from what I gathered and I will never go anywhere else. They have my business as long as I live here. Thanks guys!!

I brought my wife’s vehicle in for a routine oil change and inspection. They were able to identify and warn us of a cracked serpentine belt. We promptly scheduled a follow up appointment. They were able to get us in right away, provided us with a loaner vehicle while it was being repaired. We appreciate the communication and trustworthy service.

Took my car in for a new wheel speed sensor. While they were doing that, they saw my wheel bearing was missing a chunk out of it. So they put in a new wheel bearing and did not charge me any costs for parts or labor! Of course, I immediately started crying from the immense kindness they showed to me 🥹😭 They didn’t have to do that, but they did! They will have me as a customer forever now! 🫶🏼
