Fix N Fuel

My SUV was towed to their shop last week when it wouldn’t start. It was a very busy day for them but Nick was kind enough to give me a ride home and picked me up again to get my car after it was done. (My house was only about 5 mins. away) It is the little acts of kindness that sets these places apart. Oh, it was a dead battery that was replaced.

I would not bring my car here for anything that requires real mechanical skill. They provide good customer service, but their labor costs are too high for the level of work they offer. They can handle basic services, but when a job needs experience or proper tools, they are not equipped for it. I recommend starting with your local dealership for anything important and saving Dennis and Mark for an oil change if you are already nearby or if it is a last resort in the West Orange area. Based on the service I received and the amount I paid, I can only give this shop one star.

I purchased 2 new tires! It was very comforting to be remembered by name & for past purchases! Mr Jankoski & Staff were very polite as always! This is a sound & honest AAA certified shop.

Was referred by another great mechanic who said Fix and fuel would take good care of your vehicle needs. He did not disappoint.
