I had an outstanding experience at FIXL thanks to Jose. From the moment I walked in, he was professional, transparent, and genuinely focused on making sure I was taken care of. Jose took the time to clearly explain what my vehicle needed, walked me through the pricing upfront (which was more than fair), and made sure there were no surprises. The turnaround time was quick, and the quality of work was excellent. You can tell he takes pride in what he does. What stood out most was the honesty and customer service. It didn’t feel transactional it felt like someone who actually cares about building long-term relationships with customers. That kind of service is rare. Truly please I went to fixl explaining my situation I had a ran down 2002 jeep that had so many problems purchased privately and wanted something newer so I stopped in a fixl and I drove off the lot with my new 2019 Chevy equinox ( early birthday present to myself ) ! The staff there are very pleasant and helpful a special shout out to Dee she knows all my family and has been amazing to all of us she worked out my deal and I couldn’t be more satisfied I am beyond happy thank you so much ! I am truly blessed !
