Was in the market for a pickup truck and randomly stopped by without an appointment. Jason helped me browse a few trucks within my budget. They weren't pushy and was very friendly. Most of them spoke Chinese but I didn't speak it so Jason was able to help me in English. Went for a test drive, negotiated and we agreed to a fair price. Price included smog. They even washed and cleaned the car when I came back with payment. Since they were missing the paperwork for the older truck, Jason brought me to title spot to transfer everything.
