Amazing work by the entire team! I highly recommend going to this Lube. One of the very BEST ones i have ever been to and ive been to quite a few all over LA. This one got the best service no doubt.

I guess the 15 minute oil change isn’t a thing anymore? I didn’t want to take my car to my mechanic because I didn’t want to waste my day, welp, I should have. Waited an hour & a half & I watched THREE cars pull in & out while they worked on mine when all I got was an oil change. I even overheard that one of the cars got a tire rotation on top of whatever other service they got. I feel like I need to take my car to the mechanic & make sure they didn’t mess up something on my car. What a shame. Kudos for them being nice.

Gilbert was a great help with changing my oil today. He exudes customer service and is a pillar of this property. He's very authentic and takes care of you, telling you everything you need to know about your car. I was able to come in and leave in a reasonable amount of time. They went above and beyond to get the part I needed since they didn't have it in stock. I got all service done in less than an hour! What a wonderful and convenient service.
