I can't say enough great things about Flag City. The service is top notch. Jeremy Roszman the Service Manager is top notch. Definitely the best service department I've ever worked with in my time trucking. Highly recommend buying a Mack and trusting your needs to Flag City. Mike Brown is also a great salesman to deal with there as well. 100/10 would recommend.

I have been a customer here for 10 plus years. I recently had my truck in the shop and they corrected all the issues I was having. I am totally satisfied with there service and workmanship. I thought my bill was fair and reasonable. Labor and parts can be expensive but so are many other expenses in the trucking business. I have never felt taken advantage of or misled at any time by this dealership. They are there to help you but it is also a business. Jeremy, Jamie, Chris, Tim or whoever it may be always return my phone calls. FIVE STARS !!

Love these guys. 2 have been there twice, and both times, the price was fair and the work excellent.

Service manager Jeremy is great,they have a lot of amenities and are fixing what another shop messed up

They have no clue on how to work on in depth issues parts changer shop till they find the issue no diagnostic skills.
