Flagship Carwash

Received a free car wash today and I must say it's a beautiful facility. Was a little nervous taking my truck through for the first time. Mekenzi was the young lady that helped me out in the beginning and showed me how to get my free car wash and explain the whole process. She is definitely an asset to your company.

Great car wash and a really smooth experience overall. My car came out looking awesome, and the towels provided afterward to wipe it down are a great touch. Faith was amazing and went above and beyond to help me when I was having trouble getting my car into neutral. She stayed calm, patient, and made a potentially stressful moment so much easier. Really great service all around!

Not a great wash if you have an SUV or minivan with a flat, vertical backside. Nothing ever touched my Traverse to clean it during the entire wash. The whole rear window and backside was still loaded with grime. The person who brings you into the wash does not use a brush to wipe off the front window, front end, rear window, or rear end like other places will do. The vacuums are nice and powerful. There were no "clean" rags at my station, the glass cleaner bottle sprayer was broken so nothing came out. I looked around for an attendant, but no-one there to ask for help. Thankfully this was my free car wash, I could NEVER imagine paying $15 to $40 for a car wash just to get a "free" vacuum. There's nothing free about it with that kind of pricing, plus I do it myself. It was the first time i went to the car wash at Brooklawn n received my car wash for free for first time customer..They did a great job washing it n decided to go with the promotion they were offering n got the super unlimited plan.. James did a great job in helping me..He was kind n very helpful without being pushy.. GREAT JOB James! Sincerely Carol Sloss

I went out to get my car washed. My place was closed so on the way home I saw flagship signs everywhere saying open. I read that with every car wash they will vacuum wash the inside windshield do your mats so I decide to give it a try I pull in. They tell me they’ll be right with me that they’re just opening up so I wait finally I go through the wash. Nobody vacuumed the car. Nobody does the windshield. Nobody says nothing so as I’m leaving I see signs out saying Free car wash today nobody said nothing to me about that. I paid all the big bosses were out there cause it just opened. I was the first customer and I was treated not with good intentions. I don’t think I’ll ever go back. when I got home, I called the number on the receipt. I was on hold for over 11 minutes. Nobody answered so I
