Outstanding Service & Big Improvements! Flagship Car Wash in District Heights has seriously stepped up their game. Since the new manager took over, the overall experience has improved tremendously — the operation runs smoother, the staff is more attentive, and the service is consistently excellent. My car comes out clean every time, and the process is quick and efficient, which is exactly what you want from an express car wash. The team is friendly, professional, and actually seems to care about customer experience now. It’s also refreshing to see a young woman in management doing such a great job leading the team and raising the standard of service. You can tell there’s strong leadership in place. Highly recommend this location if you’re in the District Heights area — it’s worth the stop.

The boss of the place was so nice and a kind person to count on! It’s only card there so be mindful! We didn’t know that since it was our first time there but the boss was nice enough to pay for us! God bless her heart! 10/10 first car wash experience! It left our windows looking brand new!

Horrible experience here. The woman who took my payment as I drove through, was extremely nice. However, the next person I met was the exact opposite. I had not been to this car wash before and was not sure what the procedure was. There was a sign with instructions which said to put the car in neutral. I did this, however, the track was not moving so I figured that I was not far enough. There was a man standing near the front of the entrance, but he did not give me any instructions or help me align my car with the track, which is what most car washes do. Since I didn’t know what else to do and he wasn’t telling me what to do I decided to put the car and drive without pressing the gas pedal to see if it would move forward a couple feet. Super nice...love the new setup!! Everything was smooth, from the kiosk to the wash. Car looks damn good after coming out of there!! Highly recommend..

Don’t go here it scratch my suv. I did a claim no one ever got back to me. I went up there again and all the manager said is I look in to it. If you like you car don’t go!
