Flagship Carwash

It wasn’t busy at the time I went, but I’ve seen the line backed up before. I wish I could vacuum the inside of my car myself but they’re efficient. They told me only the $36 wash included vacuuming cause I have the rubber mats. You can’t leave a tip on credit card so without cash I couldn’t leave a tip. They drive your car to the wash and let the machines pull it through and you can watch from the windows of the waiting area. Multiple people work together to quickly clean the inside and dry off the outside. I was satisfied but the price will keep me from coming frequently cause I just wanted vacuum and basic wash not all the extras.

Paying 36 l$ for an ultimate but to be left with streaks all over the car. It’s been nothing but bad the last few times I visited

⭐☆☆☆☆ I am extremely disappointed with the service at this Fairfax, Virginia location. On February 20, 2026, I had one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a car wash. There were no working vacuums available, which is unacceptable for a business that charges monthly memberships. I have been paying for a membership for years, and the service has clearly gone downhill. On top of that, they didn’t even properly dry my car. I left with water spots all over it. As a loyal customer, I expect at least basic service standards. Instead, the quality keeps getting worse. I am seriously considering canceling my membership after this experience. Very poor service for the city of Fairfax, Virginia.

Disappointing. I've been to this location twice now and have had a bad experience both times, leaving with a car dirtier than when I came. I purposefully paid for the $44 Flagship wash because the employee said this wash included cleaning of the inside door panels. As you can see from the photos, my door panels are not clean and are actually dirtier than when I arrived. They also neglected to vacuum my seats or the trunk. Finally, my wheel alignment was all jacked up after getting back into my car when they finished. I will probably not be returning to this location.

The car wash did an amazing job cleaning my car! It came spotless inside out, and it honestly feels brand new again. The staff was amazing super friendly, helpful, and professional. Especially the cashier Giovanni who gave an outstanding performance . I’m really impressed with their service!
