Flagship Carwash

Four years ago I left a 5 star review for this place, and it has been excellent up until about six months ago. I’ve noticed they have decreased the amount of soap they use, half of the brushes are usually broken, they don’t use the pressure washer anymore before you go in, and the brushes are old leaving your brand new 2025 truck with nothing but swirl marks after its second wash. I was able to deal with all of that. Today I went in for probably the second or third time this entire month (I have been paying for three memberships here), and as usual, half of the brushes were broken so my truck left the wash with dirt all over it. Then I park where they “clean” your car and told them to make sure to clean my mats with the pressure washer. They said it’s not included. I was confused, since

This is what $44 gets you. Left the wash about 20 minutes ago. The interior on my car looks okay but this is what my exterior looks like. If I’d paid $12 or some other small fee, lousy workmanship would not bother me as much. But now, after paying someone to clean my car, I have to wash the car AGAIN myself, which I would normally do, and I will just keep doing. There were people detailing (detailing… LMAO) the outside after it went through the machine and didn’t see fit to address any of this? What wouldn’t come through on my camera was the half-clean windshield. Seriously, avoid this dumpster fire. Suggest the staff all see an optometrist.

I’ve been to this car wash several times, and unfortunately, it’s been a frustrating experience every time. The service is incredibly inconsistent—sometimes they do an okay job, but more often than not, it feels like they just rush through it with little care. There are times when entire sections of my car aren’t washed properly, and the drying part is often completely skipped, leaving water spots all over. It’s honestly like they’re doing half of the job and hoping you won’t notice. I get that sometimes things can be busy, but this is just unacceptable, especially when you’re paying for a full service. Very disappointing, and I won’t be coming back.

Don’t waste your money on the interior cleaning service. Lazy cleaning. But this is generally the case with the ones I’ve been to in Gainesville.

It took me over 30 minutes to go through the wash and have my interior cleaned. I don’t believe they have enough employees on staff to manage the volume of traffic
