Flagship Carwash

Dear Management, If you happen to come across my review, here's my situation: I am a regular customer of your car wash and generally appreciate the facilities you provide. However, I wanted to bring an issue to your attention that occurred on January 10th, 2026 at 11:40 am. While I was attempting to use a wash bay no. 3, I found it "reserved" with buckets and mats, even though the owner of the items was currently using the vacuum station in a different area. The owner of the items had 2 kids with him and drove a 2024/25 Toyota Highlander in silver color. When I attempted to use the empty bay, I was approached and spoken to in an aggressive, hostile, and condescending manner by him, who claimed he was still using the lot despite his vehicle being elsewhere. Say in line for 30 minutes today to pull up to the wash bay and see no less than a foot of ice encircling the area around the vehicle. Attempts to wash the car entailed a balancing act. Wash doesn't take credit/debit and dispenses tokens instead of quarters. No change break machines either, so now I have $10 worth of tokens for a car wash I'm not sure I would ever return to.

Absolutely awful condition. Equipment has been broken or out of commission for months, most of the bays are closed or out of service, and employees are impossible to track down because they’re busy socializing. Save your time and money and go to any other car wash. The other Flagship locations are much better.

No credit card accepted - only cash. When I was taking the photo of this note on the machine, the employee did not like it, walked towards me and aggressively asked what was I doing. This car wash is overpriced. After inserting tokens the timer starts right away without any beep (but beeps when 60 seconds left so you’ll put more tokens). The buttons for “Wash” or “Soap” does not get switched fast but take like 10-15 seconds at least. No towels or free vacuum provided.

On April 15 at about 7:54 pm. I came to this location for a quick wash. Their instant car wash is a joke!!!! The machine doesn’t accept card only takes cash. I see why, there is no way to prove you paid so the machine eats the money and doesn’t even provide a receipt. I paid $12 cash for the ultimate wash. The person in front of me was able to wash their car. When I went in it did absolutely nothing. I tried to find someone for help and no one was around. I even tried calling and couldn’t reach anyone. Don’t bother coming for a quick wash unless you’re okay with losing money and no help and still leave with no wash!!!!!!!
