Flagship Carwash

This location just recently opened up in Randallstown last week and it had Liberty Road backed up on its opening day giving out free car washes. I could not join that line but today after dropping my daughter off the guy was out there holding up that “free car wash” sign and there was no line so I popped right in. Of course everything was new & pristine and working in tip top order. I was impressed with the amount of water jets working on the inside as opposed to another local car wash I typically go to. You do put your car in neutral and get pulled through as opposed to drive and stopping at different intervals. The pressure was great and Flossy came out looking her best. They offer monthly membership specials as well as some decent daily rates. I’ll definitely be back. Check them out!!

BAD SERVICE. CARELESS MANAGEMENT. THEIR MACHINE MAY DAMAGE I tried this new car wash in the area because I was hoping to find a consistent place to go. I went in with my car completely fine, and when I stepped out to dry it off, I immediately noticed that my molding was lifted. The manager tried to tell me it was already like that — which is absolutely not true. As a mother of two with anxiety, I pay very close attention to my car and anything that needs fixing. Instead of taking responsibility, the manager said they aren’t liable because it was “loose.” It was NEVER loose before this wash. The customer service was terrible, and the machine clearly caused the damage.

DO NOT COME HERE !!!!!!!!! if u want marks on your car due to the wash . highly pissed . after an employee told me it wouldn’t leave marks it definitely did MY CAR WAS COMPLETELY FINE THERE MACHINES ARE HORRIBLE

I was so excited to go to this car wash. However, upon arriving, I entered, thought my car was in neutral, but apparently it was not. I did not have my foot on the accelerator at all. The car veered off to the right hitting something that caused my front tire to go completely flat! The manager came to my car being extremely disrespectful, yelling & making me have a total meltdown! Two of the employees, Jalisya & Sheldon came to me after I was able to get out of the car wash & park. They were more than caring to me! Sheldon was even going to change it to the spare. If it wasn’t for them calming me & showing genuine care & concern, I’m not sure what I would’ve done. I will never, ever visit there again! In my opinion, if you want to go to a Flagship car wash, find another location. NOT RANDA

For a place that just opened up, the customer service is horrible! The short Caucasian gentleman (who appears to have a lisp) when requested due to a problem with their equipment (vacuum was not working properly) attacked me by saying I was out there for a while. I had to enlighten him that his equipment wasn’t working, and had to wait for another. He proceeded to remove the head of the vacuum which was clogged and blocking air; saying it works. How was I supposed to know that. Clearly, he was expecting for me to remove the cap and clean FLAGSHIP’s equipment. Not happening! His response after being totally aggressive was to indicate I’m not trying to argue with you however his actions clearly presented hostility. Secondly, I let him know that his equipment didn’t clean my car properly and
