Flagship Carwash Corporate – please contact me regarding this unresolved damage claim. On February 20, 2026, I brought a Jeep rental through the wash at the Waldorf, MD location. During the wash cycle, the system shut down midway through. When the brushes restarted, they ripped the rear taillight completely out of the vehicle (see photo). The taillight assembly was pulled from its housing, leaving the wiring exposed and the turn signal inoperable. Despite this occurring during the wash process, no employee mentioned the damage as the vehicle continued through the remainder of the wash and interior wipe-down. I’ve had memberships at two different Flagship locations in Maryland, and after almost a year, I can confidently say it’s been a complete waste of money. I really wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt, but this has been consistent across multiple locations, not just one. The staff members themselves are polite and pleasant, but the actual service just doesn’t live up to the price point, especially if you have kids or pets. My car regularly comes back with dog hair still on the seats, dry erase marker still visible on the windows, and a third row that looks like it wasn’t touched at all. I have a membership here and enjoy being able to wash my car as much as I want all month. The staff is very kind and addresses all of my concerns making sure I am happy with the final results. A special thank you to Guevara yesterday for going above and beyond in making sure my car was squeaky clean :)

I recently visited Flagship Car Wash for a full service car wash that cost $44. I’ll start by saying the car looked great after the wash — they did a solid job cleaning and detailing, and the results were impressive. However, my first interaction with an employee before getting on the conveyor belt was absolutely unacceptable. The attendant yelled at me, rolled his eyes, and displayed visible irritation and anger just because I approached the belt slowly. It was shocking and uncomfortable — this is the first face customers see when they arrive, and it completely ruined the experience. Flagship Car Wash management, please take note: customer service matters just as much as the wash itself. The quality of the car wash doesn’t excuse rude or unprofessional behavior. Be better. Super disappointed… everything was literally left the same. Only good thing was the outside. Other than that I would not recommend. The Matt’s were not touched, there was still mud and I don’t have a dog and it looks like they usted an already used towel which left dog hair all over my seats…
