I called this shop about a check engine light/emissions issue. Before the vehicle was inspected or diagnosed, I was told the entire catalytic converter would need to be replaced. I was surprised since no diagnostic testing had been done yet. I believe proper testing should be performed before recommending a expensive / major repair. I recommend others get a full diagnostic and possibly a second opinion before agreeing to expensive work. On top of that the person who I talked to questions why I would think it was an O2 sensor issue. Instead of properly explained why it wouldn't. Super unprofessional. (Also to add the code I was getting was P0420, so this could've been multiple reasons for the check engine light)

It was a pleasant surprise to visit a mechanic shop and experience a reputable company that you can rely on to fix your vehicle correctly. Mike and his team, from customer service to mechanics, were exceptional.

My husband is an ASE certified mechanic but I won’t let him work on my car- my car- my responsibility- anyway- he did recommend Flash Automotive. Brendan at the front was amazing and helpful- he explained what was going on- what my car needed and why.
