Mechanic has a real bad attitude. I brought in 2 vehicles a 5:30 pm. Not realizing that they close at 6pm. He immediately says You don’t care about full maintenance? I think I should get what I pay for. He does the 1st oil change. Then asked me to back out by 2nd vehicle. So that he may close the door. It’s now 5:45pm. But he’s in a rush. So he sucks his teeth then starts complaining. I told him never mind. I don’t want him to have to rush. That’s when things can go wrong. So I just left. Next time I go I will not allow him to touch any of my vehicles. I see why he keeps his blood pressure reader with at work.
This company and the team that they have here are top notch. I cannot suggest them enough if I could give them 1 million stars I would they saved my life. They were able to repair my car within a day with no problem. They were super informative super communicative these guys are the absolute Best!!! Any issue I have or anyone I know that has any issue that these guys are able to fix I will send them to them immediately because these guys can make miracles!! Godbless you guys!!! Than you for all your hard work!!!
Affordable, professional and honest! Came here to change transmission oil, what i like about them, is that they don’t try to scam you with “STAY INSIDE YOUR CAR POLICY”. They do allow you to see how your car is repaired and what is being done with your car. If you ask them they will show you - your old transmission oil👌🏻. People are friendly, nice and polite to you. Can’t ask for more simply…. RECOMMENDED!✔️ and will come back for sure..
Great prices. But The black guy that works there that always does my oil Changes, always find ways to pull extra money out of me. Ohh you need this you have to replace this. then he uses this tactic where he’ll make you feel bad for not getting it. I can’t never just go and get an oil change he’s literally the reason I don’t come to the Miami Gardens location anymore.
David & Enzo and all the staff were really fair and supportive, quoted me a fair price and helped me with my cars radiator cap & coolant no hassle or any problems. 10/10 if i could
