Flatirons Subaru Parts Department

This was my first experience at Flatirons Subaru. I brought my daughters car in for an air bag recall and I must say I was impressed by the service team. I was greeted by Doug at the Service Center. He got the whole check-in process started in a fun, smiling kinda way. He then introduced me to Rachel V. the customer service rep Rachel is very customer service wise and has very customer friendly focused approach. She ran the ball to the finish line so to speak and kept me completely up to date. This is a great team that I'm turning my daughter and future vehicle service over to while shes in college. James from the parts department was super helpful! I replaced the spare tire in my 2021 Outback with a full-size spare, which meant that I needed to replace another part in the spare tire well for it to fit. James warned me about issues other customers have had with this setup, and fortunately, they had in stock both a part that didn’t fit my car and a part that did (and the parts catalog is no help in figuring out which is which). We tested both in my car and figured out what the difference between the two parts was, and I was able to leave with the part I needed installed in the back.

Rachel V. was extremely attentive, sympathetic, and helpful regarding my auto situation. Didn't have to make an appointment and picked up my car the next day. Great experience, thank you.
