I absolutely love this community. They maintain a safe, secured building while always having lovely staff to meet you at the door. The common areas are bright with natural light, very clean, and friendly staff. Our clients have been very happy living here and our caregivers always feel welcomed. If you're looking for your next home, do not pass up looking at Flatirons: the amenities, activities, and events do not disappoint!

Vickie showed us around Flatirons Terrace and it was a wonderful experience, including a delicious lunch in the dining area. The common areas inside and outside are cozy and inviting. The apartments are homey and spacious, with attractive finishes, appliances and personal outdoor space. I was looking at this property with a friend, which she selected over other independant living facilities that we had looked at. In addition to the apartment and common areas she liked its location and complex size. I highly recommend this property as an option for anyone looking to move into independant living.
