The team at Flawless are unbelievable!! I will say I was very skeptical about the process just because of how bad the damage was, but they blew my mind with their work! Anthony was very responsive and kept me up to date. He even got me an UBER to pick the car up once it was ready!!! Super nice guy and great crew he has. Shout out William for making the pick up process seamless!

Flawless is truly phenomenal! They helped repair my Kia’s bumper after I got rear ended, and the entire experience was smooth from start to finish. I was on a tight timeframe, and Anthony was amazing he kept in constant communication with me, gave me updates throughout the process, and made sure I got my car back as quickly as possible. On top of that, their lobby is cute and welcoming! I was also able to see the garage where the team works, and I was really impressed it was clean, brightly lit, and looked so professional. The staff is friendly, helpful, and just overall outstanding. Thank you all so much for everything! Highly recommend!

Customer service was pleasant, helpful and excellent (Shout out to Anthony who was very helpful to me, making sure all was good with my vehicle) I was pleased with the results of my vehicle. Would recommend this shop to others.
