The Flawless Team did a fantastic job cleaning and detailing all of our vehicles this weekend at the Ferrari event at The Grand Galvez. Highly recommend this business- great, friendly, efficient people. They took good care of all of the cars.

I usually don’t give detailed reviews like this but I wanted to give a shout out to one of our local businesses!! If your car is in need of a makeover or that new car shine …. I HIGHLY recommend the business Flawless Custom Detail and Tint!! Heidi and her team are nothing but professional, highly detail oriented, and very knowledgeable with the services they offer. My husband and I wanted to get both of our vehicle spoofed up a bit . We both have older luxury cars . Mine being a black Mercedes GLC 300 SUV and my husband has a an Audi A6 black sedan . We started off my getting my SUV in. The communication between Heidi and I went very well and she was very prompt . She explained everything in extreme detail , was very patient with me, and didn’t “hard” sell me anything I didn’t need.

We are over the moon excited about the way our new vehicle looks after being taken care of by Heidi and the experts at Flawless Custom Tint & Detail. We had the ceramic tint done a week or 2 ago and love it. Today we picked up our vehicle from having it detailed and ceramic coated. They paid attention to every little detail and I could not have asked for better communication. We will be repeat customers and will refer our friends to them as well I would give them 10 stars if I could.

We've used Heidi on no less than 5 vehicles now, and keep coming back for a reason. Attention to detail, thorough, timely, and great communication during the process. The products and the people are top tier. Her and her team have tinted, detailed, debadged, removed scratches, etc on all of our vehicles. Consistently the best vehicle care on the north shore.
