Best experience I have ever had at a body shop!!! The staff was extremely helpful, professional, and friendly. They kept me informed of the status of my vehicle throughout the entire process. The final cost of the repair was very fair, and did not change from their original Estimate. They worked directly with my insurance company so all I had to pay was a small deductible, and insurance covered the rest. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Rick and Elizabeth are such amazing people! They do nothing but strive for customer satisfaction. They took my hit and run on my Nissan Altima 2017 and fixed the body in such a timely manner. Keeps you updated with your car and answers all your questions from the beginning to the end. I loved doing business with them. A coworker of mine recommended them and I would recommend them to anyone! My car is good as new!

They took such great care of my Porsche that I accidentally scratched the side panel of and were able to redo it perfectly! I’d definitely recommend them to anyone. Quality service and fair priced.

I have a 2003 Toyota Highlander that has been a wonderful SUV but was beginning to look a bit shabby. The hood was peeling down to the metal & the rear bumper had a dent in it along with wear & tear. After consulting with numerous body shops & getting recommendations from friends, I decided on Pontchartrain Customs to do the work. I am absolutely “over the moon” with the work they did on my car!!! The matched my paint perfectly (only the hood & bumper painted) & detailed the rest so it looks almost new. They also honored the time frame promised which many shops do not do. I can not recommend Ric & his crew more!!
