Zach and Jarred were absolutely amazing throughout the entire process of getting my brakes and tires replaced. From the moment I walked in, I felt taken care of and completely at ease. Had a great experience with the guys at Fleet Doc in Richmond, KY. They replaced my brakes and rotors and also fixed a belt issue I was having. Super helpful, honest, and got everything done quickly. I went in because I had a loose spark plug in my vehicle. The mechanic I spoke with mentioned that it was an original part, and said that they could probably go ahead and replace all of the spark plugs since they would be likely to do the same. I declined and reaffirmed I only wanted the spark plug in question fixed. I came into the business at 8:30 in the morning, they began work at 9:00. At 9:30, they informed me that the coils of my other spark plugs were damaged in the repair, and would need to be repaired. The man I spoke to said 'Would you like us to replace them? ...Well, we need them replaced, I'll add it to your bill.'
