I came here 5 years ago to resolve a check engine light. I was diagnosed with a bad transmission at 38000 miles. I took my car to the dealer to get a second opinion and was informed that it was a $130 part. After speaking with the shop I was told the dealer did a temporary fix and did not repair the root cause and it would need a new transmission soon. I am writing this review as after 72000 miles now the issue has not resurfaced nor have I had another transmission issue. I feel snow's automotive root cause was wrong and would have cost me a lot more if I had gone with their recommendation.

We had the BEST service you could have ever asked for from Wesley the owner. Traveling from Indiana to South Carolina our truck broke down and their team went above and beyond to get us back on the road. Thank you Wes and Mike for caring and for all that you did. 5 star ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Snows installed a alternator for way cheaper than my Honda dealer and even charged my battery free of charge they are great best auto repair shop in richmond,ky hands down
