Fleet Farm Auto Service Center

Recently ordered a tire online from tirerack and had it installed here at fleet farm. They did a great job and did it pretty quick as well. The workers were also friendly and helpful. Overall a great experience

Went out of the way to provide tools we didn't have to fix an issue we went in for. Counter customer service employee very personable and also went above and beyond to squeeze us into the schedule because we were passing through town, needed a small fix. We called 20 minutes ahead and didn't have to wait when we arrived.

The manager was very unprofessional with people on the phone and then with me face to face. If he's still there when I go back for tires in two years I'll just take my business elsewhere. He told me the tires I was getting didn't have white lettering, which I wanted facing out. Guess what, they have white letters and they're on the inside. He was very rude and way to lax with his mechanics that were just standing around in the reception area. All in all not the best experience. But I know that good help is hard to find and even harder to keep.

They have no idea what is going on in their own shop. I explained what was happening with my car and was given an appointment. I show up and someone else tells me that oh no, that's not enough time for this. Come back. I reschedule. I start getting phone calls asking if I really made this appointment, is this really the time I want? My expectations weren't the highest to begin with, but they can't even manage an appointment schedule.

While I worked there I had gotten my ford escapes ball joints replaced because of the tread on my tires were wearing unevenly. When i traded my car in to a dealership a few months later he messaged me about a month after trading it in and the dealer, a family friend, told me that I was lucky a wheel didnt come off because the ball joints looked as if they'd never been replaced. What a waste of money and a joke of auto repairs. Dont make the same mistake.
