This is a preconstruction sales office for a new Continuous Care Retirement Community that won’t be available until 2028. When complete it should be top of the line. Right now they have 160 deposits out of 190 residences. Only gave 3 stars since it is presently just a sales office trailer.
Visited the Welcome Center and the staff is terrific. Very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. I am looking forward to see what this CCRC will become when the building starts!
