Recently bought a truck at the Sacramento store, but yet still mangened to find out the owner of the whole operation here. We had to work with the western miller rep so that they can build a lcg 12 carrier correclty. Basicly had to hold their fabricators hand the entire way becuause nothing was built right on the truck. We were suppose to have a conversation with the owner jim, when the truck got back for warranty service. It only happened because the Miller Rep made him call me. If that was not the case I would of never heard of Jim ever again witch was his original plan. Worst customer experience ever, they never return calls and make mistakes on the simplest of all task. I can tell you this, it was more than obvious that Merle Really Cares about his customers’ needs and circumstances.
