Fleet Service Auto and Truck Repair

First time customer, although I came in knowing what a great reputation they had. They did not disappoint and I left extremely happy. Plan on being a repeat customer from here on out. In addition I went to several places to get quotes but in the end Colby won me over with his great attitude, patience and willingness to take the time to explain things. Very impressed by and appreciative of the free scanning they provide. Shows you what's being done what needs to be done and what is critical. In all, if it's not obvious, I'm very pleased.

I have had work done here for the past few years. Definitely cheaper than the dealership. Quality products and expert service. Appointments are easy to make online or talking to an actual person! Communication is clear via text and email. No surprise charges either. All staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Work is done efficiently and well.

Excellent customer service, not the cheapest but not the most expensive. Their pricing for technicians was transparent and the rep was up front with what the diagnostics would cost, suggesting doing the maintenance I requested later on as my brake fluid still had 6 months left, they did not push for what wasn’t necessary. Will absolutely bring back my car for future work.

Mark and his team are very knowledgeable but more important trustworthy. They have been servicing my car for 4 years and because of them I feel safe on the road on my monthly trips to Seattle. Thank you Mark!!
