Fleming's Towing

I had an extremely upsetting experience with Flemming Tow Company in Lynn, MA. The man who responded was rude and unprofessional from the start. Instead of handling the situation calmly, he became aggressive during our interaction. At one point, he punched the counter window, which caused it to break. The broken window cut my finger. This behavior was completely unacceptable and unsafe. No customer should ever feel threatened or physically harmed during what should be a routine service call. I strongly urge management to address how customers are being treated. This experience was not only unprofessional — it was dangerous.

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY WITH YOUR VEHICLE. My car was towed from a city lot for snow removal. I have no issue paying a tow fee for a city-mandated clearing, but I DO have an issue with a company being so negligent that they return my car with mechanical damage. My car was hooked and towed incorrectly, resulting in a bent tie rod. To be clear: there was zero other damage to the car; the only issue was the specific mechanical failure caused by their improper hook-up. Due to this issue I couldn’t safely steer my car and had my own mechanic go directly to the impound lot where they keep the snow-emergency vehicles to inspect it, and the negligence was obvious. When I called to address this, the owner was incredibly dismissive. He hid behind a script, repeatedly citing the driver’s "25 yea

I kept getting referred here by other companies at 2am and when I called for the second time after another company told me to call them back to see if there’s any available drivers - i did exactly that and the ignorant man on the phone said “NO I TOLD YOU THAT 5 MINUTES AGO” and then proceeded to hang up on my face. customer service sucks.

Tight space to park on a very busy street. Reasonable staff , temperamental at times.
