The staff did an awesome job helping me out with an odd request (inspection for a driving event) on my 2005 A4. Carlos, their service consultant is very down to earth and was very helpful. The technician who assessed my car was also excellent. He gave great input into some of the areas I should look to address. The staff here is great and they know what they are doing. They took the time to understand my needs and help me out with my oddball request. Would definitely recommend them.

Best service around. I took my car in after the infotainment system in my car stopped working after an update. The dealership treated me as a VIP. They made me feel very special. On my way out, someone was coming in and greeted them the same and offered all the same accommodations as they waited. Good customer care is hard to come by these days and this dealership does just that.

2 years after a 5 star experience at Flemington VW I'm getting harassed with weekly marketing mails to trade my 2 year old car from Ciocca VW. Would not recommend. They only pretend to care about loyal customers. If you see the name Ciocca, go somewhere else.

I came here to view a vehicle last week that was not even service. Detailing was not complete and the salesperson pulled the vehicle around for me to view it. He did state prior to the vehicle was not cleaned. However, he knew a week prior that I was coming AND this vehicle was sitting on the lot. I'm not impressed by this "higher-end dealership" and have no intentions on returning. First impressions are lasting impressions.

What a great experience from start to finish. The entire staff is very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. I would definitely recommend Audi Flemington for anyone looking to purchase an Audi.
