We just bought our 3rd new vehicle from Frank Fletcher! I have to say Sean "Sugar" O'dell did a fantastic job ! He went over and above, even meeting us at the other Fletcher lots. He worked to get the payments where we needed and because my husband isn't feeling well he even brought the documents to our home to close the deal ! My Husband and I had a unique situation and needed to move mountains to get us into new (for us) cars. The team at Fletcher were incredible from our first phone call! Chance Kyle, his supervisors and the finance department went above and beyond to help us. They went over all of our options with us and helped us make a good decision not just on what cars we purchased but helping us make sure it fit into our budget. I would recommend them to anyone!

Out of this world customer service. I bought my 2022 Ram Laramie from here. My home dealership wanted to nickel and dime me on my trade in. I contacted Fletcher in Joplin directly and they absolutely hooked me up. They drove to me to sign the paperwork, fixed all of the cosmetic wear on the truck, and drove it to me. I ended up not having to have a trade in, and still ended up paying the same monthly payment that I would have had if i traded in for the same truck at my home dealership. This dealership wants to take care of customers and establish relationships.

Officially traded the lemon for a legend 🍋➡️🚙 After the absolute worst experience with a VW Atlas (wheelchair-accessible, yes — reliable, nope), we cut our losses and upgraded to a Grand Cherokee L Summit Reserve… and WOW, what a game changer. 😍 We needed something big enough for our son’s wheelchair, the rest of the fam (including the fur babies 🐾), and road trip-ready — and the GCL delivered. Over 7K miles on our first adventure, including a little trail fun in Moab! She took a scar on the L (literally 😅), but she handled like a champ. We’ve got a 2 door Jeep Rubicon and a Rubicon Gladiator too, so we know what 4x4 life is about — and while the GCL isn’t a full rock crawler (or is she 🫣), we wanted to see what she could do. Verdict: Super comfy, super capable, and totally earned her
