During a hunting trip to Conconully this year, I blew out some suspension components that required a looooong flatbed ride out of the mountains at night, Kevin Fletcher the owner worked me into his already busy work load to get me back on the road to make it back home safely to the west side of the mountains. He was generously fair with labor and parts. He could have taken advantage of the situation and didn’t. I am a new and loyal customer of his just based around his honesty and business practice. I would give this business 10 stars if i could.

Fletcher’s Auto Repair is incredible. This is the second time they’ve worked on our vehicles, and every experience has been beyond professional. They were able to get us in on short notice, completed the repair in just one day, and had us back on the road without delay. Definitely our go-to shop and would recommend without reservation!

Fast friendly service overall, have used them several times and as far as warranty goes they back up their work. To keep things short they are the best shop I've used locally. I've only ever had one small issue there, they have been great about getting me squeezed in when my vehicle has been down.

This place was my saving grace today, had a bad string of luck with my truck and I was trying to get me and my kids back over the pass after a weekend at our cabin. My battery light came on (after a whole other series of unfortunate events that kept us a day longer than we planned) so I stopped at Fletcher auto exhausted, and overwhelmed trying to get back on the road. They were so kind and got to work on my truck right away and got us back on the road within an hour after changing out the alternator and a bad belt, they even went so far as to call on the warranty on the alternator so I wouldn’t have to pay for it. They clearly genuinely care and went above and beyond for me. These are some real sincere good people here and I will recommend them to anyone an everyone for stepping up and he
