Sunrise RVs

We live on the west side of the state and were coming back from northern Stevens County. Unknown to us as we pulled into Omak, we had a catastrophic bearing failure in our 34’ Toyhauler, fully loaded with a toy on the truck, and one in the trailer. We made it to the Safeway parking lot. Memorial Day no less. Went to work pulling it apart. The axle was toast. Lucky to not have lost the wheel or burst in to flames. We camped at Safeway. I was in the Sunrise RV Service Dept shortly after they opened. Previous owner of my trailer had upgraded the axles. Sunrise was 2-3 weeks out for an opening. I’d be lying if I didn’t try to work my senior citizen status into my begging. Melody is a magician. She worked her magic to get me in the schedule. And! We recently purchased a Lance 1995 trailer from Sunrise and wanted to share a follow-up review. Kudos to the service department - Melody, Pete and Matt! After our first outing we discovered the hot water system was not working correctly. We had a short time period to resolve this as we were getting ready to depart on our next trip. Melody was very responsive to understand the issue and recongize the trailer needed to get into the service dept. Pete and Matt made that happen pronto. The issue was resolved quickly and Matt and Pete provided additional information on the heating and hot water system. The team really went above and beyond and we are very thankful. Awesome buying experience. It would be easy to say Charlie and Derek are super Stars. But truthfully it was the whole team. Sales, finance, and service. Special shout out to Matt in service who dropped everything in an already hectic schedule to install a backup camera. Additionally Matt tought me super valuable cut and follow back up camper. Awesome experience!

I just wanted to share how helpful Matt in the service department has been with questions about my new trailer. He is so knowable and does great job of explaining how everything works. Overall I have been very impressed with everyone at Sunrise RV.
