I was referred to this location by a family member who has been with this Auto Repair shop for over 30 years (when the father was the owner) and now his son Felix is the owner. I first called to make an appointment and was greeted with a friendly and pleasant voice on the other end. I went to have my vehicle inspected and to get an estimate. The customer service was top notch and to top it off it was with Felix. He was very patient in explaining what I needed done and making sure I understood everything. I had a great experience at Flex Auto. It’s a family-owned shop, and you can really feel the difference in how they treat their customers. They were incredibly honest, upfront about pricing, and did excellent work. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending them to others.

Felix and his team never fails to provide the best customer service, and high quality service no matter what issue I come to them with. I’m sure every technician in the building has worked on my car at one point or another, and every single my car comes back to me better than it was before. The level of integrity is unmatched by their competitors, and I refuse to take any of my family’s vehicles anywhere else.

Our Infiniti QX80 has been giving us electrical problems for years, misdiagnosed by multiple mechanics. Felix and Flex Auto not only identified the problem and fixed it (and offered free towing and a ride home.. and did it all in 24 hours), but did so at an unbeatable price.
