I had my LC200 modified by FlexFunction and couldn’t be happier with the result. The team was fantastic from start to finish — great communication, quick turnaround, and extremely professional workmanship. They worked closely with me to define every detail of my build, including the lift, wheels, tires, underbody protection, rock sliders, and onboard compressor integration. Everything was done with precision and care, and the end result exceeded my expectations. The car drives better than before — smooth on the road yet perfectly balanced off-road. It’s rare to find a shop that combines technical skill with this level of customer service. This place is the only shop I’ll take my 4Runner. I’ve had a regear, diff lock, and lots of other work done by Thomas and Jerry and these guys are solid. Service is top notch and they stand behind the quality of their work. Only offroad specialty shop I know of in the area that does it all: maintenance, repairs, mods, and inspections. They even do welding and fab work, which is great when installing mods that need a custom bracket or gusseting. Really fair pricing and great advice when you need it. If you don’t bring your rig here you’re missing out.

Tom and Jerry are very smart and professional young men. They have decades of experience and very good to work with. I had them do some work on my 2020 Honda accord touring and my 2007 Toyota Sequoia. They have vast amount of knowledge when it comes to troubleshooting and vehicle care.

I had the RCI skid plate package installed for my new 4Runner and worked with Thomas to schedule. Had an awesome experience, the flex function team is very kind and professional. They’re very responsive to commutation too. The transfer case plate crossbar was bumping against my OEM gas skid plate and exhaust and the team went above and beyond to trim the plates for me to prevent any bumping and rattles. I would definitely recommend this shop!

Flex Function took care of a few repairs on my Tacoma and I could not have asked for better service. They are honest and won't let a vehicle leave the shop unless the job is done right. I'll definitely be coming back here.
