Flexcar

I just checked in this morning with Flexcar, . Received a text confirmation that my car was ready. Which that was great. Place is clean great customer service by this nice gentleman Devron Dugan . Spoke highly and very educated on what he was explaining about my rental . This is a great place to get a car and recommend Devron to take care of you. He answered all my questions and left very pleased with a nice hot coffee to go.

I’ve been a Flexcar member in Chestnut Hill since early this year, and I can confidently say the experience has been fantastic. Devron Duggan consistently provides outstanding customer service — he truly goes above and beyond, leaving no corner unturned. He takes the time to cover every detail about member services, and by the time he’s done, I have no questions left! Devron is highly knowledgeable, passionate about his role, and an excellent communicator. The location is always clean, and the cars are ready on time and in excellent condition. I especially love the “new swap car” feeling every time!

Devrin was one of the kindest people I’ve met in a rental company. Very informational and always smiling. He also pulled the car up for me so I didn’t have to walk, I thought that was extremely thoughtful! I would recommend you speak with Devrin if you need any help with anything.
