Floral Park Auto Wash

I just had the worst car wash experience ever. I paid $33 for interior and exterior cleaning, and it was absolutely not worth it. The vacuuming was done so poorly that there was still visible dirt and debris left inside. The doors were not cleaned properly either — there were dirt stains left all around the edges and panels. It honestly looked like they rushed through the job without even checking their work. To make things worse, they left a scratch on my car, which is completely unacceptable. When you’re paying for a professional service, you expect basic care and attention to detail.

First time visiting Floral Park Auto Wash and after these crazy storms we've been having my vehicle was in desperate need of a wash! Quick. Efficient and I will say. I'm very Happy with my service! The staff are all friendly and accommodating ... Oh and it's been quite awhile since I drove through the car wash too! So it was a treat! ☺️👌

terrible car wash, If you want to be told to go to hell and waste your money on an evening out, then come here. I asked several times for them to clean the windows better, but the door remained unwashed, and the trunk wasn't cleaned either.

This review was written by a customer who has been coming here for the past 18 months and has a monthly subscription for 2 vehicles. The cars have been brought to a point that the cleanliness has only to be maintained, since they are both washed on an almost daily basis. I'm happy with the service and treatment here. If there was ever a part of the cleaning process that required extra attention, I politely mentioned it to one of the employees and it was done without any issues.

Visit the first time today, this is a total scam! They got all the fancy advertising describing all the different options you can choose for your car wash, I chose the best(most expensive) one, turned out same as the cheapest one, lmfao
